Pants Mod 1

The Mantle Pant Mod 1 is the next evolution in operational clothing. A technical item that, from the ground up, was designed to interface with not only the wearer but a variety of deck surfaces like nothing currently on the market. The fit, construction, and layout promote aggressive movement, positional work, and comfort. The Mantle Mod 1 Pants do not include external or internal knee pads - for a more streamlined/uniform look. They still include an internal pocket for knee pads.

I’m 5’9”, 180 lbs and medium fit perfectly. Mud and asphalt haven’t phased them and after 3 wash cycles they still look new. I’ll be ordering another pair. Highly recommended.

Top notch pants for the range and training. I’ve tried all other name brands, these top them all. True to size. Great color too!

These will transport you into the future! The future is now!

I really like these pants, better than the Crye Field or the Arcteryx Combats, which I would consider their direct competition. These have better freedom of movement and more versatility to accommodate for size and outside conditions. Besides that, they’re just more comfortable. Sizing for me was spot on too. Just suck it up and buy you some.

These pants are everything I hoped they’d be. 5’9″ 200 lbs and I went with the large size. Waist fit is perfect, inseam is just a little long but becomes unnoticeable when I wear my Solomons. Currently using these for K9 trainings and callouts and they’re great, just the right amount of pockets and even the belt loops seem to be placed right where they need to be. Removable knee pads being standard is clutch.

    Exceeded already high expectations

Great customer service! I ordered the wrong size and they got me a new one out in the next few days. Pants are amazing as well very well thought out.

I love these pants! I just wish they made them in navy blue so they could be worn on patrol.

As an arborist, I do a ton of climbing and chainsaw-ing. I went through 3 pairs of jeans, and a few pairs of Carhartt pants (I know, screw those guys). I would have gone through many more, but this one pair has held up ever since my awesome sister bought them for me on my bday. I wear them every day for work. I wouldn’t recommend any other for movement, durability, and even comfort. The zipper pockets keep the dirt and sawdust out, and the knee pads have been a lifesaver, and don’t impede on my movement or anything. I could charge through the gates of hell with a water pistol in these.

Got these pants in, really liking the features, I’m 6′ and 175 so taller and thinner the large fit me, the mediums were too tight. Size up recommendation is on point. I ended up getting a set of the D30 knee pads after I tried running the elbow pads and kept missing them when I took a knee, the knee pads run great and cup perfectly so they’re hard to miss. Definitely recommend these pants!

I’m a normal sized person and bought the size medium, which were a perfect fit. They got put in the dryer one time (by my wife not knowing any better and who was just trying to help) by mistake and the pants shrunk. They shrunk so much that I can no longer wear them. For 200 dollars, it’s a bummer that they can be ruined by a wash and dryer. I still wear my mod 2 pants everyday for work and love them.

These pants slap. I wear them every day for work and they have held up exceptionally well over the last two years without holes and only reasonable fading. Cannot wait for the next iteration to drop.

I’ve had these Mod1 pants for several months now and have worn them instructing at week long classes on the range (LEO). These pants are rad, durable, comfortable, articulating, and breathable (as compared to Crye G3). Few issues though…Nit picking. Need a long size. I know you guys are aware of this. Also pant leg opening can be knocked down to 8-8.5 inches (16-17 inches circumference). I know the 80’s were rad and all but bell bottoms can stay there. I brought mine to a seamstress who stretched me out 33inch inseam and 16 inch circumference openings. After that these larry’s are tip top. Would love 34 inseam though. #longleggedloser

I’m happy overall with the pants. For the price… yeah I knew what I was getting into, and I foresee them lasting years. I really like the materials- a lot. And I’m a big fan of the airflow vents on the inner thighs. I’m not happy with the D3O knee pads themselves or the location they’re held, but I suppose they can’t be perfect for everyone’s body. Some stitching was fraying after two days of use.
